Returning from his East Coast Tour with performances in Richmond, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Raleigh, NC, Chesapeake‑based artist Peter Sun is stepping into a major new chapter. Personally invited to a songwriting collaborative hosted by American Songwriter in partnership with Warner Music Nashville, Savage Music, and Empire Distribution, Records and Publishing Inc., he signed a publishing deal with Savage Music Publishing in August 2026. His sound pushes the boundaries between folk and Americana, with jazz undertones, drawing from a vintage palette while carving out something unmistakably his own. A proud Virginian, Peter Sun writes to create timeless music that carries his story wherever it’s heard.
